Grunt plugin for automigrate and autoupdate data sources for LoopBack
Require Loopback v2.x
This plugin requires Grunt.
If you haven't used Grunt before, be sure to check out the Getting Started guide, as it explains how to create a Gruntfile as well as install and use Grunt plugins. Once you're familiar with that process, you may install this plugin with this command:
npm install grunt-loopback-auto --save-dev
Once the plugin has been installed, it may be enabled inside your Gruntfile with this line of JavaScript:
grunt.loadNpmTasks('grunt-loopback-auto');
In your project's Gruntfile, add a section named loopback_auto
to the data object passed into grunt.initConfig()
.
{
dataSource: 'db', // data source name
app: './server/server', // path to the application
config: './server/model-config', // path to the model-config file
exclude: [], // exclude models ['Custom', 'Other']
method: 'autoupdate' // or automigrate
}
module.exports = function(grunt) {
grunt.initConfig({
'loopback_auto': {
'db_autoupdate': {
options: {
dataSource: 'db',
app: './server/server',
config: './server/model-config',
method: 'autoupdate'
}
},
'db_automigrate': {
options: {
dataSource: 'db',
app: './server/server',
config: './server/model-config',
method: 'automigrate'
}
}
}
});
// Load the plugin
grunt.loadNpmTasks('grunt-loopback-auto');
grunt.registerTask('default', ['loopback_auto']);
};
