Installation directions: $ cp gotofile.gedit-plugin ~/.gnome2/gedit/plugins/ $ cp -r gotofile ~/.gnome2/gedit/plugins/

Use Control+Alt+o to bring up the dialog, or select File -> Go to File. If you have the Filebrowser plugin installed, this plugin will use it's root directory. Otherwise, it will use the directory gedit was started from.

Inspired by TextMate and the Gedit Snap Open Plugin by Mads Buus Jensen. Note that this plugin cannot be used along side Snap Open.
