Changed the UI so that it is now intended to link you to the new live stats page of the Community RCON, instead of just the statistics for past games. Also forgot to push the changes to Github before making the new release, hence the "a" in the release tag.
Use s!edit <msg> scoreboard_url to update the link
For those running the code on their own server:
- Pull the code
- Either run the command
s!cog reloadin Discord, or restart the code

- Enhanced the way API URLs are parsed and validated
- Added error handling on startup when registering scoreboards
- Fixed scoreboards not being removed on guild leave
- Fixed being unable to cancel scoreboard creation when being asked for the username
- Renamed "Creating new feed..." to "Creating new scoreboard..." (was reused code)
